If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) and receive a full refund or exchange the item for another one, be it similar or not, of equal value. Any item you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original or similar packaging. You may return an item for up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges and returns are as easy as 1-2-3. Just follow the steps below:
1. Contact us at CustomerService@bootniks.com or 727-442-4004 to request a return shipping label.
2. Print out and complete our Return Form.
3. Affix the return shipping label to the package and include the completed Return Form.
NOTE: Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing.
Exchanges
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will ship out the new item(s) and we will pay the shipping. Free shipping for an exchange is only available as a one-time offer. Shipping charges on any subsequent exchanges stemming from the original purchase will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) plus shipping in the same manner used for the purchase.
Free Return Shipping Exclusions
A free UPS shipping return label will be provided for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding APO/FPO addresses. Free returns do not apply to orders delivered to international or non-contiguous U.S. addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa).
