Orders are processed on an hourly basis during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed by the following business day.
If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the change. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.
To protect your privacy, our system does not allow us to alter your gift message once your order is placed. Please double check your message for accuracy as it will print as typed.
